上海庭冠宾馆点评

家具陈旧了些，房间布置不大合理，设备细节过于简陋，洗手间还算干净。就是负责住宿的服务员素质差，打电话要什么服务相应速度极慢，。大堂很暗淡，休息的区域很小，没有什么相应的服务设施。总体还过的去，离机场比较近，离淮海路什么繁华地段都不远。

我的一个朋友住在上海美丽华公寓附近，他帮我预订了这家宾馆。三居室的房子，价格比较合适。尽管有时存在语言困难，但这里的员工会尽量满足我们的需要。房间很现代，整洁干净。附近有很多饭馆，步行去很近。我们不满意的地方是宾馆离商业中心、购物中心和娱乐中心有点远（但是有很多出租车），另外床铺太结实了，几乎是硬的。后来我们要在上海多住几天，由于我们很满意这家宾馆，就打算继续住那儿，可惜房间全部被预定了。如果下次我再去上海，要找一家远离闹市的宾馆的话，我会考虑这家的。

We had a great time at the Miramar Apartment in Shanghai. At only RMB950 per night for a 3-bedroom suite, we thought it was really value for money. The apartment had a living room, dining room, kitchen and even a maid's room and toilet. There was one bedroom with a double bed for two, and two single bedrooms. Each room had its own air conditioner, aside from the two in the living and dining. There were two toilets with bath tubs. Showering was never a problem with the strong pressure and hot water. We even had luxurious bathrobes, and an iron was even available. Beds were comfortable, not too hard and not too soft, and we always had a good night's sleep. Our apartment had a balcony, and it was situated in a quiet part of Shanghai. Although a bit far from the places of interest, Line 10 of the Metro was a few minutes' walk and cabs are readily available. Language can be a problem as the receptionists do not speak very good English. It was a good thing we had some knowledge of Mandarin, so we didn't have such a hard time. But they were always very nice, and tried their best to accommodate our requests. The kitchenette was not fully-equipped, although there was a microwave and a family-sized refrigerator. Although there were not enough pots and pans and utensils available, all we had to do was ask and they brought them up to us. The only complaint I had was that the address was a bit confusing. Our cab driver went the whole stretch of Hongqiao Road looking for the apartment and couldn't find the number indicated. It turns out that it's inside the compound called Shang Mira, located on the corner of Hongqiao and Suicheng Roads. There was free wired internet, but I wish they would install WiFi so that the connection could be shared. Overall, I would readily recommend this to my friends and would stay there again if I go back.

符合我们的要求，首先从房间的舒适度和宽敞程度都让我很满意。其次酒店的服务方面做的很好，比如说我们的房间里面网线不够长，然后我和服务人员说了一下，他们的服务人员给我拿了一个无线的网卡给我，这样的话感觉非常的方便。酒店的大堂也不错，里面摆放了免费的咖啡，非常的精致，而且在一些小的细节方面都处理的很好，对于这个酒店我很满意。

我经常能在到到网上看到大家对恶劣酒店的点评,但是谢天谢地我一直都没住过那样的酒店,可是好梦不长,我竟然来到了这里。美丽华酒店式公寓很差劲。他们一点都诚实,没有酒店服务的概念,不但朝客人大喊大叫,还使用自己拥有的一切权力来A客户的钱。无论如何千万别住这里。 我们一家7口在美丽华酒店式公寓预订的住宿,酒店代理也通过Email跟我确定过了(好几次呢),确定我们都能住在一间三卧的公寓里(这样的房间对于我们来说听起来才合适嘛)。我们到的时候已经过了午夜了,接待处告诉我们公寓里只有四张床。他们不能加床,只能多提供一套床上用品。因此我们7个人就挤在四张床、一个沙发上将就了一晚。 第二天我们就到接待处安排加折叠床,可是到了那个时候才被告知“不可能”。他们告诉我们:第一,他们没有我们的7人预订记录,只有一个人的;第二,他们根本就没有折叠床;第三,他们的原则是每个公寓最多住四人;第四,世博会期间他们是不允许四人以上住一个公寓的。对于我们的问题他们唯一的解决方案就是再加个一个三卧公寓,按标准的夜晚住宿价格计算,也就是说我们要花原计划双倍的钱。 他们不愿意承认自己有错误,也不愿意替我们着想、给点折扣什么的,除了想多收钱,他们什么都不想。很明显,员工们是经过训练的,就像把客人的每一分钱都据为己有。整个讨论进行的过程中,有好多员工都过来朝我们嚷嚷,还威胁说要是不付第二个房间的钱就把我们都撵出去。有史以来,我从未受到过如此这般的酒店待遇,我想以后也绝不会有的。 这里我还有一些小问题——家具过时,淋浴间有霉渍,房间里还一直从别的地方飘来煎东西的味道。上海是个很棒的城市,千万别因为住在美丽华酒店式公寓这种烂地方而毁了兴致。

跟我家人一起,四个人在这里的三卧室公寓里住了两周的时间。公寓很宽敞,有三个卧室,两个浴室,厨房设施很齐全,对于两个活泼的男孩来说有非常充足的活动空间,可以跑来跑去。然而,这栋建筑和这个单元都很旧了,家具等都有些年代了,而且保养得不怎么好。而且厨具真是非常有限。服务还不错,前台员工英文说得很好,非常乐于帮忙,彬彬有礼。 关于这个公寓,最棒的部分是这里巨大而宽敞的室外泳池和相连的儿童泳池,在湿热的伤害夏季来说很棒。配备有空调的健身中心非常有用,但是有些器械非常老了,吱嘎作响。迷你吧位于一个非常棒的区域,家乐福超市就在马路对面,步行距离内就可以到达很多餐厅。

We stayed in a 3-bedroom unit in Sept. for 2010 EXPO. The agent clearly told us that it had 1 king (1.65 M) and 2 single beds, could only fit in upto 4 ppl, which was exactly what we had. The unit we stayed was facing the pool with unobstructed view and very quiet. The apartment is in the Miramar community consisting of 3 tall apartment buildings and a few single houses on the other side of the garden. It's conveniently located on the west side of Shanghai, only a few miles from Hongciao Airport. Though not in central Shanghai, for around CNY30 taxi fare, it takes you to most sightseeing spots in Shanghai Puxi. Sub Line 8 ShuiCheng station is around the corner (7 stops directly to the famous XinTianDi), Starbucks at the community gate, Carrefour/ McDonalds/ Pizza Hut/ Food court across street, and lots of eateries nearby. The apartment is spacious and clean with daily housekeeping, free wired/wireless in-room internet, flat TV with cables/interactive TV programs, daily english newspapers, outdoor pool, nice gym facilities. It's a service apartment managed by a Hong Kong publicly-listed company, so safety and services are better than individual landlords. Overall, the apartment made us feel like locals with our own apartment in Shanghai, if you speak Mandarin. Overall a really great place to stay. We had a big 3-bedroom apartment on the 9th floor. Big living room, a dining room, a full kitchen, 3 washrooms with 2 baths. Washer and dryer (no detergent). Room cleaning everyday. Quiet double pane glass windows and doors The lobby gets busy at times because there is usually only one person running the booking counter. The overall decor was slightly dated, the TV was an old-school cathode ray tube, and the beds were quite hard. No big deal. It was a tremendous value for money. It came out to be $100/night, split three ways that was about $33/person for the three of us. After lots of researching online, we could not find a better deal than this. It is great for families and groups of friends. The location was decent too. Nearby was a Carrefour (a French Walmart) and a McDonalds. Highly recommend the Bellagio Cafe around the corner. Good and clean Chinese food that is a bit more expensive for local standards but still cheaper than North American standards. $4.50USD for a bowl of yummy noodles? 在上海的美丽华酒店式公寓,我们度过了一段美好的时光。一个三人间套房每晚只要960元,我们觉得是非常值的。公寓有一间客厅、餐厅、厨房,甚至还有工人间和厕所,有一间带有双人床的卧室,还有2个单人间卧室。每间房有独立的空调,除了客厅和餐厅。公寓有两个带有浴缸的厕所。淋浴方面没有任何问题,水压强劲,热水充足。我们甚至还有豪华的浴袍和一个可以用的熨斗。 床很舒适,软硬适中,我们一直能睡个好觉。公寓有一个阳台,位于上海某处安静的地方。虽然距离名胜古迹有点远,但距离地铁10号线仅几分钟的步行路程,出租车也一应俱全。 由于前台的英文不够好,语言成了一个问题。所幸我们对普通话有一定的了解,因此并没有特别的辛苦。但他们真的很不错,尽最大的努力来满足我们的要求。 厨房的装备不是很完善,虽然有一个微波炉和一个家用大小的冰箱。尽管没有足够的锅碗瓢盆和餐具,我们所需要做的仅仅是提出这方面的要求,他们就会满足我们的需求。 我唯一的不满是这个地方的地址有点让人困惑。我们的出租车跑遍了虹桥路的所有延伸区域也没有找到标注的号码。结果它位于坐落在虹桥路和水城路的角落里的一个叫做美丽华的混合建筑物的里面。 公寓有免费的无线网络,但我希望他们可以安装WIFI以便于可以共享网络。总体上讲,我已经准备好将这里推荐给我的朋友,并且如果我再次来上海,我将再一次回到这里。

2010年9月,世博会期间,我们入住三间卧室的单元。旅行社清楚明了告诉我们,是一张特大号床(1.65米)和两张单人床,可以容纳四个人,这真是我们所需要的。 我们所住的单元面对泳池,风景无遮挡,非常安静。公寓位于米拉马尔社区,包括三栋高层公寓楼,以及散落分布在花园另一边的几套单独的房子。它位于上海西部的便捷地段,距离虹桥机场仅仅几英里。但就是不在上海中心地段,大约要30元的的士费,就可尽情游览上海浦西的观光景点。八号地铁线水城站就在角落(乘坐7站就直达著名的新天地)。 星巴克就在社区的大门口,对面街就是家乐福/麦当劳/匹萨屋/食品街,附近还有琳琅满目的小餐馆。公寓宽敞干净整洁,每天打扫,房间内配备免费的有线/无线上网服务,有线平板电视/互动电视节目,每日英语新闻,户外泳池,精良的健身设施。其服务运营是由一家香港著名的公司管理的。所以,安全性和服务水平胜过任何个体经由的房东。 总之,公寓让我感觉像是住在上海自己的公寓的本地人,要是你会讲中文那就更像了。世博会期间,我们每晚付800元住上上海一套三间卧室的公寓,你还会有所求嘛,竭诚推荐给家庭游客(更多详情,请上:http://www.miramar-group.com/en/Our-Businesses/Serviced-Apartment/Shanghai/Miramar-Apartment.aspx)。
