7天连锁酒店（广州高铁南站会江地铁站店）点评

酒店看起来是出租的居民区。周围最近非常吵闹,正在施工,晚上很多建筑工人不穿上衣地在街上走来走去,大声说话,在街上吃东西。一些没带狗栓的狗走来走去,很多巴士停靠在人行道上,早上和晚上建筑工地都有很多垃圾。这样的情景估计会持续一段时间,可能会持续到亚运会之后。不幸的是,周围环境灯光不是很好,不过周围有些保安。居民区看起来也很旧,需要重新装修,特别是房价还很贵。早餐是很简单的自助餐,午餐和晚餐也很简单。这里似乎有很多长时间住宿的日本和美国家庭,还有一些孩子,不过他们也没什么娱乐活动。健身房很简单,不过如果你不介意街上吵闹的噪音的话,可以去条件很好的私人会所。地下停车场有很多私人停车位,非常干净,而且灯光很明亮。

新世界行政公寓位于珠江新城海风路，属于广州的核心位置，住客的出行十分便捷。酒店的服务有行政公寓让人宾至如归的感觉，这是酒店最好的地方。酒店的综合配套也很好，设施很新。给我的整体印象是非常不错的。

环境不错，很干净很舒适，服务员态度很好，总是带着微笑。交通很方便，地铁珠江新城站出口不远就是。房间光线一流，配备齐全，而且布置温馨简约舒服，大床很宽很舒服。

The residence has a new name: The Canton Residence. However, the area is still under major construction. New name, but same situation. Unlike other cities, apparently, local authorities openly allow construction 24/7 - or maybe they just turn a blind eye for a good sized red packet! The area are this residence is no exception unfortunately for the families that have to reside just across the street from the construction (see photos). No joke, there are heavy equipment machines and trucks, cement haulers, etc. constantly going up and down the street. Plus, construction workers spitting and snorting, fast moving cars, and unleased dogs roaming the area. On the better side, there are some shops at the street level and a nice public park (ZhuJiang Park) about 5 min walk away, and also the overly polluted Pearl River is near by too. Fortunately, there are lots of beautiful flowers and a green way to enjoy on those cooler mornings and evenings - but the river smells.

假期有限，偶游广州，白日上下九，晚上新世界。 初次入住，有发此感，舒适打九分，位置嘛嘛地。 卫生得赞赏，服务需加强，以上谨此。
